Academic and government funded not-for-profit business is conducted through Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, while non-academic activities for public sector and business clients are conducted through Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Innovation Limited.
Current Board Committees include: Remunerations & Appointments, Audit & Risk, Finance & Estates, Strategic Performance, and Student Liaison. Academic governance is overseen by the Academic Board (and its sub-committees) which reports to the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Board.
